Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Free Shipping - USPS (Tracked) on every order. No minimum purchase required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, weather or carrier delays.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. You can follow your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 2 to 4 business days to show updates after the label is created.

Multiple packages

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@overshades.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund when the package cannot be located.
