30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to love your OverShade sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items should be in their original condition, with the original packaging when possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at support@overshades.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders

If you return one item from a Buy 1 Get 1 Free order, the refund is calculated based on the price you actually paid. Returning the free item does not generate a refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
